So for a long time I’ve been asked about making bamboo style pens and I’ve always said no for different reasons. So finally just a few days ago I decided, sort of on a whim, to make a pen with some bumps along the cap and barrel, that sort of looks like bamboo.
This was so much fun to make that I’ve decided to add it as an option.
These pens will start at $250, and like all my other pens price depends on material and nib options.

I just wonder why the Japanese bamboo pens are always clip-less. Can’t these be made with clip on cap?
I want one….. but it is not in my budget until I pay off my car….. You have made lots of pens that interest me, but the level of desire these new pens have created is painful….
