Hi Everybody, it’s time to announce the winners for the 2016 Newton Pens Scholarships!
We had 19 people submit applications and 13 volunteers read and score them. Thank you all so much for your time and work.
The winners are Brad Foster from Auborn High School in Rockrod, Illinois; Taylor Preston from Lakeside High School in Hot Springs, Arkansas; Caleigh Currington from Mountain Pine High School in Mountain Pine, Arkansas; Colton Denman from McKinney North High School in McKinney, Texas; Steven Garner from Mountain Pine High School in Mountain Pine, Arkansas, and Marci Taylor, also from Mountain Pine High School in Mountain Pine, Arkansas.
